What is Dev.to?
Dev.to is a community publishing platform for developers to write articles, discuss technology and build a public profile, similar in spirit to a blogging platform combined with a forum. It runs on Forem, an open-source community platform (available at github.com/forem/forem) that other organizations can also self-host to run their own branded communities.
