Accuracy and accountability

Corrections and product updates

Tell us what is wrong, show us the current source and identify the exact page that needs attention.

What to send

Use the contact form and include the public ITHub URL, the statement or field that needs correction, the proposed replacement and a source that can be checked. Good sources include official documentation, release notes, pricing pages, security advisories and maintained public repositories.

1. Identify

Provide the exact profile, comparison, category or article URL.

2. Explain

Quote or describe the information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Support

Link to current, authoritative evidence and state when it became valid.

4. Disclose

Tell us if you represent the vendor, author or another interested party.

How corrections are handled

The team checks whether the submitted source supports the requested change and whether the change affects other pages. Straightforward factual updates can be applied directly. Disputed comparisons, reviews or editorial judgments may require additional evidence. A request does not guarantee that promotional language, unsupported rankings or unverified claims will be added.

What changes on the page

Material updates change the page modification date. When a specific product fact has been checked against a source, ITHub may show a narrower verification date and source link. Publication history is not rewritten to imply that an older statement was verified at the time if it was not.
