HashiCorp is a leading infrastructure software company that has built one of the most widely adopted ecosystems of open source tools for automating, securing, and connecting modern cloud infrastructure. HashiCorp Nomad is a flexible workload orchestrator that can deploy and manage containers, virtual machines, and standalone applications across on-premises and cloud environments. Nomad's lightweight architecture, multi-datacenter federation, and support for diverse workload types make it an alternative to Kubernetes for organizations that need orchestration beyond the container ecosystem. HashiCorp Boundary provides secure remote access to infrastructure based on identity rather than network location, integrating with Vault for credential brokering.
