What is Microsoft?
Microsoft is a vendor with several distinct technology families. Azure provides cloud resources managed through subscriptions and resource groups. Microsoft 365 combines workplace applications and services administered through its own tenant and license controls. Windows is an operating-system family with separate deployment and support decisions. A directory listing for the vendor should not imply that buying one product includes the others.
