ArgoCD

Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes that automates the deployment of applications by synchronizing the desired state defined in Git repositories with the live state in Kubernetes clusters. The project is part of the Argo ecosystem and is a graduated CNCF project. Argo CD continuously monitors Git repositories for changes and automatically applies updates to Kubernetes clusters, ensuring that the deployed state always matches the version-controlled configuration. The platform provides a web UI and CLI for visualizing application state, manually triggering syncs, and managing multiple clusters. The tool supports Helm charts, Kustomize, plain YAML/JSON manifests, and custom config management plugins, making it flexible enough to work with any Kubernetes deployment approach. Argo CD also provides automated rollback, multi-cluster management, and SSO integration.
