SuniAI runs open-source models from the Llama and Mistral families directly on infrastructure the client controls, either on-premise on their own hardware or as a dedicated instance on Sunitech Swiss infrastructure. In the on-premise mode it can work fully offline, with zero external dependencies. Documents are used to answer questions through retrieval-augmented generation, but they never train external models and never leave the environment.
Functionally it behaves like a private ChatGPT for internal knowledge. Staff can chat with an assistant grounded in company documents, run French-language search across contracts, emails and files with source citations, and automate repeatable tasks such as reading, extraction, classification, summarization and drafting. Sunitech handles deployment, monitoring, model updates and ongoing evolution as a managed service.
